Chase Zollmann joined the Missouri Valley College wrestling staff as an Assistant Wrestling Coach following an outstanding competitive career. A native of Poway, Calif., Zollmann brings elite-level experience from both the NCAA Division I and NAIA ranks to the Vikings' wrestling program.

Before entering the coaching profession, Zollmann reached the top of the podium by capturing the 2024 NAIA National Championship at 149 pounds while getting his Master’s Degree in Education Administration. During his championship season, he compiled a 27-3 record and played a key role in helping Missouri Valley College secure a top-10 finish at the NAIA National Championships.

Prior to his success at Missouri Valley, Zollmann competed at the NCAA Division I level, earning National Qualifier honors and placing at the Big 12 Championships. A product of the nationally renowned Poway High School wrestling program, he was a four-time California CIF State placer and a multiple-time high school All-American.

Since joining the Missouri Valley coaching staff for the 2025-26 season, Zollmann has helped guide the Vikings to two top-20 finishes at the NAIA National Championships while contributing to the development of 18 national qualifiers and four individual All-Americans.
