Men's Lacrosse Travels to Clarke For Heart Contest
Dubuque, Iowa, (March 28, 2026)- The Missouri Valley College men's lacrosse team traveled to Dubuque, Iowa, for a Saturday afternoon Heart of America Athletic Conference contest with Clarke (Iowa).
Freshman Goalkeeper Henry Mullen (Roy, Utah) finished with 21 saves in goal. Both Freshman Defender Preston Nicholson (Lee's Summit, Mo.) and Sophomore Attacker Matthew Blades (Mesquite, Texas) put two shots on goal in the game, while Sophomore Midfielder Daniel Venson (Waldord, Md.) scooped up three ground balls. Mullen caused three turnovers in the contest. Missouri Valley fell by a final score of 19-0.
Missouri Valley drops to 0-7 overall and 0-3 in the Heart. Clarke improves to 3-4 on the season and 2-2 in the conference.
Up next, the Viking men's lacrosse team will host No. 5 William Penn (Iowa) in a Heart contest, Wednesday at 4 p.m., inside Volney C. Ashford Stadium.
