Men's Lacrosse Suffers Home Loss to Benedictine

Marshall, Mo., (March 22, 2026)- The Missouri Valley College men's lacrosse team hosted Benedictine (Kan.) for a Heart of America Athletic Conference match, Sunday afternoon inside Volney C. Ashford Stadium.  The Vikings fell to the Ravens.

Freshman Goalkeeper Branden Brewer (Renton, Wash.) made 16 saves in goal, while Junior Midfielder Jayden Franklin (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) picked up two ground balls, and Freshman Defender Jacob Susa (Suamico, Wisc.) collected one ground ball.  Missouri Valley fell by a final score of 31-0.

Missouri Valley drops to 0-6 overall and 0-2 in the Heart. Benedictine improves to 6-0 on the season and 3-0 in the conference.

Up next, the men's lacrosse team will travel to Dubuque, Iowa, for a Heart of America Athletic Conference match with Clarke (Iowa), March 28 at 12 p.m.
