Call of Duty Team Defeats Keiser
Marshall, Mo., (Feb. 3, 2022)- The Missouri Valley College eSports Call of Duty: Vanguard team competed in the NACE Starleague Open Division against Keiser (Fla.). The Vikings won all three matchups.
First Matchup:
Game Mode: Hardpoint - Map: Bocage:
Missouri Valley defeated Keiser, 250-33. Freshman Karim Drihmi (Casablanca, Morocco) led with a 5,680 score and 39 eliminations. Sophomore Rodrigo Patinho (Lisbon, Portugal) held the objective for 2:42.
Second Matchup:
Game Mode: Search and Destroy - Map: Berlin:
Missouri Valley defeated Keiser, 6-1. Senior Liam Carney (Albuquerque, N.M.) led the team with a score of 1,475 to go with 10 eliminations.
Third Matchup:
Game Mode: Control - Map: Tuscan:
Missouri Valley defeated Keiser, 3-1. Drihmi led with a score of 4,700 to go with 45 eliminations.
Drihmi led the team with 90 eliminations, followed by 70 eliminations by Carney. Patinho added 53 eliminations and Freshman Adnane El Gouhmari (Casablanca, Morocco) finished with 33 eliminations.
The Call of Duty team will compete again in the NACE Starleague Wednesday inside the Viking eSports Arena.
