STUNT Finishes Tournament With Win at Springfield Competition

Springfield, Mo., (April 6, 2025)- The Missouri Valley College STUNT team finished its 2025 competition season with four competitions throughout the weekend in Springfield, Mo.  The team earned one win on the weekend.

Missouri Valley earned a 14-0 win over Southwest Baptist (Mo.), the team's third win of the season.  The team closed with eight points scored in the fourth quarter, which features team routines.

The Vikings fell in a close contest against Central Methodist (Mo.), 13-6.  Missouri Valley held a 3-2 lead over the Eagles after the first two quarters of competition, featuring partner stunts, along with pyramids and tosses. 

In other competitions, the Vikings fell to Maryville (Mo.), 24-0 and Missouri Baptist, 22-1.

Up next, the Viking STUNT team will compete against Quincy (Ill.), April 13 at 2 p.m.
