Men's Volleyball Recognized With Two NAIA All-Americans

Marshall, Mo., (May 7, 2026)- The No. 4 Missouri Valley College men's volleyball team has put two of its student-athletes on the 2026 NAIA Men's Volleyball All-American Team, released Thursday.

Senior Opposite Luca Hasse (Paderborn, Germany) has been named a second team All-American for his play during the season.  Hasse led the team with 353 kills and 409 total points, averaging a team-high 3.68 kills and 4.30 points per game.  He hit at a .357 percentage during the season, and led the team with 29 aces, adding 128 digs on the season.  Hasse also finished his career as the second player in program-history to reach 1,000-career kills, finishing second on the all-time list with 1,043 kills (Simon Joly-1,046 kills).  This is the first NAIA All-American selection for Hasse in his career at Missouri Valley.

Also earning recognition was Freshman Outside Hitter Loan Fargier (Bordeaux, France), named a third team All-American.  Fargier was second on the team with 255 kills, 22 aces, 297.5 points, 2.71 kills per game and 3.20 points per game.  He led the team with 163 digs and totaled five double-doubles on the season.  His 27 kills in a five-game win over Grand View (Iowa), back on March 7, was second-most all-time for the program in a single match.

The pair led the men's volleyball team to an overall record of 25-6.  The Vikings earned a berth into the 2026 NAIA Men's Volleyball National Championship, and advanced to the semifinal round for the second-straight season.  The team finished the season ranked No. 4 in the final coaches' poll.
