Women's Wrestling Set to Host Missouri Valley Open
Marshall, Mo., (Nov. 20, 2025)- The No. 18 Missouri Valley College women's wrestling program is set to host the annual Missouri Valley Open, Friday and Saturday inside the Burns Athletic Complex, featuring teams from across all divisions of collegiate women's wrestling.
The Missouri Valley Open is the largest collegiate women's wrestling tournament in the country, and includes more than 50 teams and over 700 women's wrestlers. Teams from multiple countries across all divisions of women's wrestling, including NCAA, NAIA and JUCO will be competing.
The Missouri Valley women's wrestling team is currently ranked No. 18 in the NAIA Women's Wrestling Coaches' Top 20 Poll, with six Nationally ranked individuals. Leading the team is No. 3 Sophomore Jasmina Immaeva (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) at 124 pounds, and followed by No. 4 Senior Serenity De La Garza (McAllen, Texas) at 138 pounds.
Five other Vikings are ranked in their respective weight classes, that includes No. 20 Senior Sage Beltran (Honolulu, Hawaii), No. 19 Sophomore Ashtyn Sagely (Broken Arrow, Okla.) at 117 pounds, No. 15 Sophomore Isla Baeza (Orem, Utah) at 124 pounds, and No. 13 Senior Autumn Perez (Dodge City, Kan.) at 180 pounds.
The Missouri Valley Open takes place inside the Burns Athletic Complex, and starts Friday at 9 a.m. Saturday, wrestling begins at 9 a.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door each day of competition. Prices are $25 adults. Live coverage information can be found at valleywillroll.com.
